Carfair Composites in Anniston, Alabama is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure production equipment operates safely and efficiently. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot a range of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and repair diverse machinery while documenting work in the CMMS.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, the ability to work under minimal supervision, and flexibility for overtime or weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities
