A leading property management company seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to maintain property appearance and provide necessary repairs. Candidates should have at least one year of related experience and be professional, organized, and communicative, ensuring excellent property management.
Guardian has a need for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Briarcreek & City Center! Briarcreek & City Center are affordable apartment communities in Beaverton & Hillsboro, OR with 216 units total.
The Maintenance Technician's primary role will be to support the Community Managers by ensuring site safety and completion of required property maintenance necessary to maintain excellent curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the properties on a scheduled basis.
This includes prioritizing and processing work orders, which may involve urgent and routine maintenance of property and apartment units. The technician is responsible for ensuring all maintenance work complies with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies. They will coordinate with other staff and vendors to provide outstanding customer service, ensure timely and proactive maintenance, safeguard the properties' financial health, and complete all reports on time.
We seek a dynamic self-starter who enjoys teamwork and excels in a fast-paced, flexible, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and communicative. Must have at least one year of experience in property maintenance, building engineering, or a related field. Must own or have access to a properly insured vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance.
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $27/hr + Benefits!
