We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Tech for an apartment community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general maintenance, unit turnovers, and janitorial duties. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Background and drug screening are required. The position may require occasional overnight travel for training purposes.

Pay will be commensurate with experience.
