The position offers $25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience, first shift, with benefits and weekly pay. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on mobile equipment such as Bobcat skid steers, excavators, wheel loaders, forklifts, and related machinery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–2 years of mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency with tablets, computers, and digital work order systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on mobile equipment (Bobcat skid steers, excavators, Volvo wheel loaders, forklifts, sweeping equipment, material handlers).
• Diagnose mechanical issues and obtain parts/technical information.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and complete repairs promptly.
• Read and interpret manuals and service documentation.
• Use testing and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting.
• Complete work orders and timecards with tablets/computers.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and communicate with production, management, customers and team.
• Protect confidential information and maintain professionalism.

Principal Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on mobile equipment including:
• Bobcat skid steers
• Bobcat excavators
• Volvo wheel loaders
• Forklifts
• Sweeping equipment
• Material handlers
• Diagnose mechanical and equipment issues accurately and efficiently
• Obtain parts and technical information needed to complete repairs
• Maintain adequate and accurate parts inventory
• Complete repairs correctly and in a timely manner
• Read and interpret technical manuals and service documentation
• Use appropriate testing and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting
• Complete work orders, timecards, and documentation accurately using a tablet or computer
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (technical school preferred)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous mobile equipment mechanic experience preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of mechanical repair experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Proficiency with tablets, computers, and digital work order systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation:$25–$30/hr (Based on Experience, Benefit Package Available)
