Job summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the property safe, clean, and in good working condition. No two days are the same, and the ability to respond quickly to unexpected maintenance issues is essential to keeping residents satisfied and the property operating smoothly.Previous experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred.Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.Ability to read and understand work orders, maintenance instructions, and safety procedures.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.Ability to successfully complete required training and certifications as applicable.
