• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) is a must.
• Reliable transportation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and conduct appliance repairs.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
