Job Description:

This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus. We are hiring for a 12-hour night shift schedule. Maintenance Technicians are multi-skilled system experts responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery in their assigned areas. They must ensure efficiency, operational conformance, product quality, and continuous improvement. As part of a maintenance team, they maintain assets to a baseline state, requiring strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills to support site objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Industrial Maintenance, Journeyman, or vocational schooling preferred. Mechanical-electrical skills experience required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word.

Knowledge / Experience:

• Willingness to learn additional skills and responsibilities.
• Experience with machine shop tools, fabrication, welding, plumbing, pipefitting is a bonus.
• Understanding of factory processes.
• Strong analytical, mechanical, electrical, and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve equipment issues.
• Willingness to travel to other sites for training and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance activities within assigned areas.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.
• Support operations with setup, changeover, and operator training.
• Maintain safety and quality policies, including GMP, LOTO, and working at heights.
• Operate forklifts and basic tools, interpret drawings, and document work orders.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
