Job summary

Belmark in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Technician II for Plant 3 on a 12-hour, 3-day-on/4-day-off AM shift. You’ll perform preventative and reactive maintenance on printing and finishing equipment and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

The role requires strong electrical/mechanical aptitude, experience in manufacturing, and solid problem-solving skills. Occasional overtime and a pre-employment drug test are included.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow both written and oral English communication.
• Possess excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Must be familiar with AC and DC circuits, low voltage through 480v three phase power.
• Office software and computer navigation skills.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Effective team collaboration and communication.

Work with advanced equipment in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact performance and reliability. We’re looking for a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Technician who takes pride in maintaining high-performing operations.

• 12 hour shifts, 3 days on, 4 days off rotation (NOT A SWING SHIFT)


• Occasional overtime as needed

Compensation

• Hourly rate based on experience, role level, and applicable shift differential that aligns with your expertise and responsibilities.

• Ability to use hands for 100% of work time (e.g. wrenches, screw drivers, drills, etc.); and reach above shoulders for 25% of work time.


• Ability to: stand and walk for 75% of work time; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 25% of work time.


• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds or less 30% of work time, up to 50 pounds or less 15% of work time and up to 75 pounds or less 15% of work time.


• Ability to: see clearly at 20 inches or less, or 20 feet or more and the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus.

Experience Requirements

• 8+ years electro-mechanical experience, or


• 4+ year’s experience along with an associate degree in electro-mechanical technology (or similar)
