Courtney Bend Apartments in Hardeeville (near Savannah) is hiring Certified Maintenance Technicians. The ideal candidate has three years of apartment maintenance experience, is HVAC certified (Type 1 & 2 or Universal), skilled in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, and possesses excellent customer service skills. Must be available for on-call work.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and repairs.
• Prepare and make-ready units.
• Maintain supplies and equipment inventory.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of work area.
• Assist in preventive maintenance projects.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Director.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies.
• Communicate positively with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Follow safety policies and regulations.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to all company policies, including safety and Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Proficiency in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Computer skills and familiarity with property management software like Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.
