Salary: $26.00 to $35.00

We are hiring immediately for full-time roles including Maintenance Technicians, Facilities Painters, and Carpenters.
Job Location: Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, 8200 Walnut Hill Lane, Dallas, TX 75231.
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Pay Range: $22.00 to $35.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs basic maintenance functions. This is a 1st shift position, 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

1. Perform basic maintenance and repairs as assigned.
2. Assist in minor and routine repairs decisions.
3. Maintain equipment; perform minor repairs using tools.
4. Perform unskilled or semi-skilled tasks like carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, lamp changing, drywall maintenance.
5. Maintain logs, perform rounds, complete work orders, tests, and inspections.
6. Follow detailed verbal and written instructions.

Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to manage work orders.
4. Experience with drywall and flooring.
5. Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and generator monitoring.
6. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
