THE POSITION
Hoosier Racing Tire in Plymouth, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician – 1st shift to join our team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the plant to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams while gaining hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance, machining, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and equipment diagnostics.
