We have an immediate opening for a 12HR Day shift Maintenance Technician. Working 6pm to 6 am on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $31.00 to $38.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).

What You'll Do

The role of Maintenance Technician will be to ensure optimal availability of production equipment, while meeting production, safety, budgetary and process improvement requirements. This position will support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and optimizing all manufacturing and facilities equipment. Responsible for production and facility equipment installation, modification, and maintenance. Including wiring, troubleshooting, PMs of automated assembly lines, assembly fixtures, and plant equipment as directed by the Maintenance Manager. What You'll Need To Be Successful

• High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in an applicable field (process engineering, mechanics, etc.) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician, experience working in a manufacturing environment & food/beverage experience is highly preferred.
• Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Possess and demonstrate basic technical knowledge of some or all of the following:
• Hydraulic and Pneumatic knowledge
• Stainless Steel Welding/Fabrication
• Piping systems
• Electricity - a plus
• PLC’s (Programmable logic controllers) – a plus
• Process control instrumentation
• HVAC systems
• Process equipment
