Job summary

Qualifications

• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and building systems.
• Inspect and diagnose potential problems; repair as needed.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and coordinate with teams to track completion.
