We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3rd Shift (11PM-7:30AM).
- Qualified candidates should possess strong electrical and mechanical skills to support pharmaceutical manufacturing in Seymour, IN.
- The successful candidate will support electrical and mechanical systems, providing technical expertise and maintenance to maximize uptime.
- Support manufacturing through troubleshooting, problem identification, and resolution, including direct hands-on troubleshooting with contractors in a 24/7 environment.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance systems are in place, prioritizing tasks to ensure maximum system reliability cost-effectively.
- Maintain and improve existing systems to enhance functionality and reliability, reducing setup times and simplifying operations.
- Perform in-house calibrations and document processes to meet cGMP requirements.
Key Success Factors:
- Ability to work collaboratively while focusing on individual and team goals.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC, with troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
- Understanding of industrial process control equipment, including PC-based HMI systems.
- Familiarity with industrial facility infrastructure — compressors, water systems, conveying, fire safety, NEMA, IEC.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Organizational ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication of activities, both successes and challenges.

- Ability to operate CMMS software for work order management in compliance with cGMP.

Experience/Education:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience supervising contractors.
- Experience with equipment improvements.
- Background in planned, proactive maintenance environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet maintenance goals.
