Job summary
The Judge Group seeks a Maintenance Mechanic for a 3rd shift in Brooklawn, NJ. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment to minimize downtime, and support safe, efficient operations.
Candidates should be comfortable reading manuals, performing basic math, and using CMMS systems. Welding is a plus; weekend schedules may be required based on preventive maintenance plans.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience maintaining manufacturing equipment; electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Ability to read technical manuals, perform basic math calculations, and work with both standard and metric measurements.
- Experience using diagnostic tools, CMMS systems, and industrial maintenance equipment; welding experience is a plus.

Our client is currently seeking a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN in NJ.
Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Schedule: Weekend work required based on preventive maintenance schedules, typically every other weekend
Pay: $35-$38/hour
Industry Experience: Food manufacturing or bakery experience preferred but not required
