Maintenance Technician / Industrial Electrician

Location: Maumelle, AR

Salary: $29.00 USD Hourly - $32.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN in Arkansas.

Location: Arkansas

Shift: Night Shift (12-hour shifts)

Pay: $29.00-$32.00/hr + OT Available

Position Summary

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment to support safe and efficient production operations.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Complete approximately 2 months of training on day shift before transitioning to permanent nights.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair motors, controls, conveyors, sensors, VFDs, PLCs, and production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns as needed.
• Follow safety, GMP, food safety, and maintenance documentation requirements.
