Join our team at The Parq at Chesterfield Apartments to start your career with Fogelman. This 345-unit community is located in Chesterfield, St. Louis. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of apartment maintenance experience, experience with new builds, HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal), and strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, and appliance repair.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing maintenance requests and repairs for the buildings and grounds, providing excellent customer service to residents, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
The role requires constant walking, standing, and sitting; climbing stairs; bending, kneeling, crawling, squatting, pushing/pulling, and reaching. The job involves lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and more occasionally, with strong hand and finger dexterity. Work conditions include indoors and outdoors, with exposure to weather, mechanical parts, heights, chemicals, and noise. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.
