Qualifications

• Must be able to travel between all CommunityAid locations and pass required checks.

Responsibilities

• Handle facility repairs as problems arise (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program for all facilities.
• Ensure work complies with industry standards, OSHA and legal requirements.
• Communicate material/equipment needs and progress of ongoing projects.
• Perform periodic inspections and report issues to management.

To assist in the maintenance and repairs of all facilities and to assure a safe and suitable work environment for Community Aid employees and their activities.
