Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and routine maintenance of our residential buildings, grounds, and equipment to keep a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The role offers on-call pay and a competitive hourly rate of $22.50–$25.50, experience-based.

Qualifications include a PA driver's license, training in trades or related maintenance, and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Driver's License required.
• Formal or on-the-job training in plumbing, electrical, painting, maintenance, carpentry and general repair preferred
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions
• Capacity to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve

Responsibilities

• Complete all general maintenance of the community (basic plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, unit inspections, painting, work orders, carpentry and maintenance support).
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain and repair residential buildings, grounds and equipment to ensure safety for residents, staff and visitors.
