Job summary

The role focuses on maintaining equipment used to transform sheet metal into HVAC components, on the production floor and in maintenance areas. You will fulfill work orders, conduct preventative maintenance, install and service production machines, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; craft apprenticeship preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance is advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance with pneumatics and hydraulics.
• HVAC systems experience is a plus; forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill maintenance work orders and perform preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and enhance mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and adjust machinery and workstations.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report for further action.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will work on the production floor and maintenance areas, focusing on maintaining and repairing equipment used in the transformation of sheet metal into HVAC components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill maintenance work orders and conduct preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform both emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and enhance mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and adjust machinery and workstations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Adherence to safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean work environment.
