Appleby Apartments in New Castle, DE is hiring a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to service resident units and common areas. You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, perform routine maintenance, and respond to service requests with a customer‑focused mindset.

This on‑site role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
