Brookfield Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician at The Village at Legacy Ridge in Westminster, CO. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work and routine equipment maintenance on-site while delivering strong customer service in a team environment.

The role supports residents across a multi-unit community and offers growth opportunities and a strong benefits package. Weekend work may be required depending on property needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in commercial property or multi-unit residential property.
• HS Diploma/GED; 3-4 years of experience can offset educational requirements.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Valid driver''s license depending on property requirements.

Responsibilities

• HVAC repairs, cleaning, and parts replacement.
• Plumbing repairs and installations (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Carpentry tasks: doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Painting and drywall/plaster repairs.
• Electrical work: lighting, wiring, switches.
• Machinery maintenance: chillers, belts, pumps, fans.
• Provide exceptional customer service; other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• The Maintenance Technician required and preferred qualifications within the apartment community:
• 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• This position requires a High School Diploma/GED. 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position.
• Preferred certifications for this position include HVAC (depending on property), Electrical, or Plumbing.
• This position may require a valid driver's license depending on the needs of the property.
• Required skills: self-motivated, team-player, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability.
• May be required to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday.

Commensurate with Experience $ 19.64 - 27.49 hourly
