Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled millwright/maintenance technician to perform daily CMMS-driven work orders, document parts used, and execute repairs across heat treat furnaces, stamping presses, assembly lines, boilers, chillers, and compressors.

The role requires a 2-year technical degree in a relevant field, 2–4 years of industrial experience, and a willingness to pursue ongoing training. Teamwork and strict safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2-year technical degree in Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of industrial plant maintenance experience.
• Must pass mechanical aptitude and electrical tests.
• Journeyman’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use CMMS program to document work and parts used daily.
• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on heat treat furnaces, stamping presses, assembly and finishing equipment, boilers, chillers, and compressors.
• Follow 5S principles and comply with company, state, and environmental regulations; work as a team in QC circles.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities:Use CMMS program to complete work and document issue and parts used on a daily basis.Must demonstrate millwright skills which include welding and pipe fitting.Perform repair and Preventative Maintenance on: Heat Treat Furnace, Stamping Press', Assembly and Finishing Equipment along with Boilers, Chillers and CompressorsMust be a team player and work in groups and QC Circle'sThis is not an all inclusive list and is subject to change as business conditions change.Follow all 5S Principles and adhere to all Company, State, and Environmental rules and regulations.Education and Experience:Must have or willing to get a 2 year degree in Industrial Electronic, Mechatronic or other Technical Field of studyMust pass Mechanical Aptitude and Electrical Test.Must have at least 2-4 years of Industrial Plant Maintenance experience and be willing to participate in ongoing schooling to improve skills.
