Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service a multi-unit residential community in West Palm Beach, FL. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry issues while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 3-4 years can offset educational requirement.
• Preferred HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications.
• Must communicate clearly in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• HVAC repairs, maintenance, and replacements as needed.
• Repair plumbing including sinks, toilets, and faucets.
• Carpentry for doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Paint drywall/plaster repairs and finishes.
• Electrical work: lighting, wiring, switches, power.
• Maintain machinery: chillers, belts, pumps, fans.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for all work-related responsibilities.
