Job summary

Saint Mary Home in West Hartford, CT, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep residents safe and comfortable by performing basic repairs and supporting building systems.

You will respond to maintenance requests, assist with room setups, and coordinate with outside vendors as needed. The role requires a HS diploma or GED and 2+ years in maintenance, with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years building maintenance or repairs experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift, climb, and work in varying conditions.
