Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance and miscellaneous repairs.

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with residents to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Room setups involving moving furniture and storing supplies.
• Suggest changes to improve working conditions and efficiency of operations.
• Perform snow removal and salting as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance and miscellaneous repairs.
• Respond to resident work orders in a timely manner with an understanding of how to prioritize emergency repairs.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with residents to provide updates on repairs and ensure satisfaction.
• Room set ups that involve moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work.
• Perform snow removal and salting.
• Work in a cooperative manner with all team members, staff and residents.
• Work within company policies and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Availability to respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed.
• Maintain time and production records.

QualificationsEducation:

High School Diploma/GED maintenance background, leadership and motivational skills. Working knowledge of most aspects of commercial and residential maintenance.

Skills/Qualifications Great customer service skills, working knowledge of most aspects of commercial and residential maintenance including electrical, plumbing, appliances, draining and refrigeration.
