Ajax Tocco Magnethermic is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems at its Warren, Ohio site. You will read blueprints and electrical schematics, perform welding and basic machining as needed, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and production support machinery at Ajax Tocco Magnethermic. This role supports production operations by minimizing downtime, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience in an OEM or industrial manufacturing environment, and the ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments including assembly, weld, machine shop, test, warehouse, and fabrication.
