Qualifications

Compensation

$17 - $19 hourly

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience and/or trade school training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring swift resolution to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with our hospitality goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.
