About the Role

A Maintenance Technician is a resilient, team‑minded individual who thrives in a challenging environment and is responsible for assisting in all aspects of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic machine maintenance for the plant.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and servicing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Thoroughly clean machines and machine parts, removing and reinstalling components as necessary.
• Oil and lubricate moving parts on machines to maintain effective operation.
• Identify and report damage, worn, or broken parts.
• Order and install replacement parts for machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot unexpected machine breakdowns.
• Repair broken machines quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Document work performed and prepare reports as required.
• Clear, organize, and maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
• Coordinate with managers to schedule regular machine maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety rules, best practices, and company standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Capacity to traverse facilities and machinery by climbing, balancing, lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying materials.
