Conifer Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Ballston Spa, NY communities. The role focuses on routine and preventative maintenance to keep residents safe and comfortable.

You will perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and grounds upkeep, with on-call rotation. The position offers full-time hours and competitive compensation, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment/residential/facilities maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring; HVAC experience a plus).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and overtime flexibility.
• Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders/timekeeping.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation

You’re skilled, dependable, and care about doing the job right. You bring:

Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.

When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.

Employees are expected to support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours.
