MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location: Park City, UT

Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Compensation: $28 - $40/hr

A leading independent aerospace supplier, this organization designs and builds advanced gear and gearbox systems for commercial and military helicopters, business jets, and other aircraft platforms. With a deep commitment to quality and innovation, they support the entire aircraft lifecycle – from original equipment to aftermarket services. Their team plays a key role in delivering high- performance transmission systems and complex precision components to customers worldwide.

Your Role:

As a Maintenance Technician you’ll help ensure the smooth operation of our nearly 300,000 sq ft facility by maintaining a wide range of equipment that support both production and safety. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow in a fast-paced, and high-tech environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and repair CNC machinery (lathes, grinders, mills, and jig bores)
  • Troubleshoot and service facility systems including boilers, compressors, HVAC, cranes,
  • pumps, and electrical panels
  • Support hydraulic and machining equipment by installing and maintaining reservoirs, controls,
  • and motor drives
  • Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure optimal equipment
  • performance
  • Respond quickly to emergency repairs, minimizing disruption to production operations
  • Support facility needs during inclement weather (e.g., snow removal, flood response)
  • Participate in safety and compliance activities including hazardous material control

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma required
  • 5+ years’ experience in maintenance or related filed; manufacturing setting experience
  • preferred
  • Trade license in electrical is a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints, instructions, and technical drawings
  • Demonstrated ability to meet codes and specification standards
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and ability to build cross-functional relationships
