BeMore Staffing is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for temp and temp-to-hire roles at apartment communities in the Winchester area. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical work and general repairs.

HVAC experience or EPA certification is strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include general maintenance tasks, repairs, unit prep for move-ins, resident service, and preventive maintenance, with potential to assist with

Competenze

• HVAC certification preferred but not required (EPA certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 6 months of maintenance experience in an apartment community or similar environment.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems; ability to maintain/repair or replace systems is preferred.

Requirements
