As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for all maintenance activities related to equipment and for performing administrative functions to support site operations. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various equipment typically found in a wood production facility.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively anticipate and diagnose problems, as well as perform mechanical maintenance.
• Perform routine administrative functions, including accurately and efficiently updating and maintaining inventory.
• Complete housekeeping duties as requested and ensure that the designated area is clean and free of safety hazards.
• Monitor and optimize stock inventories of new tools, in-process tools, heaters, and other equipment.
• Collaborate with suppliers regarding quality issues, specifications, and other relevant matters.
• Inspect equipment and report any damage or mechanical problems.
