Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on die casting machines, robotics, CNC equipment, and related systems in a heavy manufacturing environment.

The role requires diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and robotic systems, reading schematics, TPM knowledge, and the ability to work independently or lead small teams while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, CNC, and robotic systems.
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on die casting machines, automation systems, robotics, CNC equipment, and plant support equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Rebuild, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Support facility maintenance, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environment and perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 70 pounds.
