Hiring maintenance technicians for rental properties. Prefer at least five years of relevant experience. Pay to be discussed depending on the level of experience and skill. Starting at $20 for those with a good all-around construction/handyman background but limited expertise in any skilled trades. Demonstrated work experience or credentials in multiple trades required to start at the higherpay grades. Broad construction experience is a plus, as we also develop properties. Full-time preferred, valid driver's license required. We are open to part-time job seekers needing flexible hours.
