Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine and breakdown maintenance on processing and packaging equipment in a plant environment. This role supports safety, GMP, and OSHA guidelines while working with production to minimize downtime.

The position offers a night shift (3:30pm–3:30am) with starting pay $34.56–$36.56 per hour, plus $1.50/hr more on night shift, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, and

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Minimum two (2) years of maintenance/repair experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
  • Update and install equipment/repair work orders in in-house systems.
  • Minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety compliance.

Job Type:RegularThe Maintenance Technician II performs routine and break down maintenance on processing and packaging equipment and is responsible for keeping the plant running and in compliance with all rules and regulations by using safe methods of equipment repair/upkeep. The Maintenance Technician II performs repairs as needed by the department, troubleshoots processes, and assists with machine set ups and rebuilds as needed.For some locations (Little Chute and Weyauwega only), this position may manage and administer the preventive maintenance program.People are at the heart of everything we do.
