The ideal candidate will have experience in building trades (plumbing, electrical, door replacement, window replacement), snow removal, and landscaping. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our community's buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with snow removal and salting during winter months
• Maintain landscaping and grounds, including mowing, trimming, and plantings
• Assist with the coordination of contractors for larger maintenance projects
