THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in keeping Tsunamis car wash equipment operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. Supporting an assigned region of locations, this position is responsible for minimizing downtime, resolving equipment issues, and ensuring sites remain operational and guest-ready. This is a hands-on field role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership of equipment performance. The right candidate combines technical expertise with accountability, responsiveness, and a commitment to operational excellence.

WHAT YOULL OWN:

Equipment Reliability & Repairs

Own equipment reliability across your assigned locationsPrioritize and resolve maintenance issues to maximize uptime and site performanceDiagnose root causes and implement lasting repairs rather than temporary fixes

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair car wash equipment including tunnels, conveyors, chemical delivery systems, and supporting infrastructurePerform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to reduce operational disruptionsMaintain equipment performance standards across all assigned sites

MRO & Documentation

Execute maintenance and repair work orders accurately and on scheduleDocument repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment history thoroughlyIdentify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions to improve reliability

Technical Expertise

New Site Openings & Training
