CBRE is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the operation of building systems at a major client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems while ensuring safety and efficiency.
You will document preventive maintenance, coordinate with client operations, and contribute to a safety-first culture. This role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and strong computer skills to manage CMMS records.

In this vital role, you will support the maintenance and operation of the building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $64,334.40 annually or $30.93 per hour, and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $74,672 annually or $35.90 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
