Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Availability Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Titus-Will facilities and support the maintenance team.
• Perform pressure washing, painting, groundskeeping and basic plumbing/electrical/construction tasks.
• Learn hands-on from experienced maintenance staff and work independently with attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Support the maintenance team in the upkeep of all Titus-Will facilities
• Handle a mix of pressure washing, painting, groundskeeping, and basic plumbing, electrical, construction, and mechanical tasks
• Learn hands-on from our experienced maintenance team
• Work independently with strong attention to detail — no two days look the same
• Take on other duties as assigned
