Land & Mortgage Of South Carolina is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities operate efficiently. You will inspect units for damage and conduct routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, can operate heavy equipment including a zero-turn mower, and is available for on-call nights and weekends. A strong work ethic and solid communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Inspect homes for structural damage and perform repairs.
• Handle home repairs including sheetrock, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical.
• Outdoor maintenance: landscaping, painting, power washing, roofing, and under-home repairs.
• Submit maintenance logs and records of work completed.
• Attend weekly safety meetings and maintain a safety-first approach.
• Take on additional maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs.
• Inspect homes for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs.
• Perform home repairs to include sheet rocking, painting, flooring, plumbing, and minor electrical.
• Outdoor Maintenance to include community landscaping, maintaining company structures, outdoor painting and power washing; Roofing, or under home repairs sometimes necessary.
• Submit record of work completed, and complete maintenance repair logs for equipment as needed.
• Participate in weekly safety meetings and maintain a safety-first approach.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
