Base pay range

$27.00/yr - $29.00/yr

What you will do:

• Maintains equipment and facilities by performing basic repairs, cleaning, organizing, and performing all maintenance tasks for units and equipment
• Manages work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
• Inspects the condition of physical properties throughout the community, corrects unsafe conditions, and confirms apartments are updated and move-in ready
• Maintains outside curb appeal

What you will bring:

• Two or more years of Maintenance experience
• EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• Displays outstanding customer service and diplomacy skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and maintains a calm demeanor
• Conducts themselves with superior leadership and servant leadership skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills via all communication channels
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Ability to lift equipment and appliances up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate a computer, phone system, and general office equipment
• Must be able to take calls for emergency requests
• Must have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation for getting supplies and other duties and will drive a golf cart
