Job summary

Luxor Healthcare in St. Louis, MO is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of building repairs and preventive tasks. The role requires at least 2 years of property maintenance experience, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend at the knees, stand for long periods, and climb ladders.

Experience in HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing is a plus but not required. You will handle maintenance work orders, assist with groundskeeping, support apartment turnovers, change light bulbs,

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field.

• Must maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders promptly and effectively.
• Assist with groundskeeping as needed.
• Support apartment turnovers, including minor repairs and installations.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, hanging fixtures, replacing air filters, and small carpentry/plumbing repairs.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance on equipment as directed.

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, hanging fixtures, replacing air filters, and conducting small carpentry or plumbing repairs
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment as directed by the Maintenance Director
