Apploi is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role covers a range of tasks from routine maintenance requests to light repairs across our properties, ensuring safe and clean environments for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, assisting with groundskeeping, and supporting apartment turnovers. A high school diploma and 2+ years' experience are preferred; HVAC/mechanical/plumbing a plus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and PTO.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience (Property maintenance experience preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend at the knees, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.
• Must be able to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Complete maintenance work orders promptly and effectively.
• Assist with groundskeeping as needed.
• Support apartment turnovers, including minor repairs, grab bar installation, toilet replacements, carpet/pad removal, etc.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, hanging fixtures, replacing air filters, and conducting small carpentry or plumbing repairs.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment as directed by the Maintenance Director.
