• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Paint and pick up grounds, including cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas.
• Resolve maintenance issues related to A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of onsite experience.
• Possess valid identification.
