Job summary

Everabode Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day upkeep at the Quail Run manufactured housing community. You will handle routine repairs, respond to service requests, assist with home readiness, and help maintain clean, safe, and attractive communities.

The role emphasizes hands-on workmanship, resident service, and teamwork with vendors and staff to ensure quality outcomes and operational excellence.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Respond to routine maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with preparing vacant manufactured homes for move-in, including minor repairs, cleaning, and inspections.
• Support preventative maintenance for homes, common areas, and community infrastructure.
• Help maintain community appearance through groundskeeping, debris removal, and upkeep of common areas.
• Identify and report safety hazards or larger repair needs to management.
• Work with vendors or contractors as directed to complete repairs or projects.
• Provide courteous and respectful service to residents and staff.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Technician supports the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of Everabode Property Management's Quail Run manufactured housing community. This role focuses on completing routine repairs, responding to service requests, assisting with home readiness, and helping maintain clean, safe, and well-presented communities. This position is ideal for a hands-on team member who takes pride in quality work and resident service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Respond to routine maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with preparing vacant manufactured homes for move-in, including minor repairs, cleaning, and inspections.
• Support preventative maintenance efforts for homes, common areas, and community infrastructure.
• Help maintain community appearance through groundskeeping, debris removal, and upkeep of common areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3 years of experience in residential, manufactured housing, or multifamily maintenance preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Working Conditions:

This position is primarily on-site at assigned communities in Missouri. The role involves physical activity, outdoor work, and occasional after-hours or on-call responsibilities as needed.
