Open Management in Republic, Missouri is hiring a full‑time Maintenance Technician for our manufactured housing community. You’ll perform routine and preventative maintenance, unit turns, and repairs, while keeping grounds and facilities clean and safe.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic maintenance knowledge, and English communication to follow directions. We offer PTO, company holidays, insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Open Management is hiring for a full‑time Maintenance Technician at our manufactured housing communityin Republic, Missouri.
Park maintenance technicians are responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, including unit turns to maintain the physical integrity of the mobile home park. They conduct home/building maintenance repairs and are responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and various utility systems. They are also expected to provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents at all times.
Hourly Rate: $18.00-21.00/hr
As part of the job responsibilities, thisposition requires the willingness and ability to conduct local travel as needed. This may involve running errands related to business operations and fulfilling various tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the park and tenant’s needs. The extent and frequency of travel will depend on the specific demands of the job and may vary over time.
