Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience.
• Strong make-readies / unit turn experience required.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Trade experience in plumbing or electrical preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varied conditions.
• Comfortable using smartphones and digital reporting tools.
• Employment contingent upon successful background screening.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $30.00 Hourly

Required Experience:

Experience in apartment maintenance, property maintenance, hotel maintenance, handyman services, or residential repair work is strongly preferred.

You are dependable, skilled, and take pride in delivering clean, move-in-ready apartment homes. Your strengths include apartment unit turns (make-readies) and hands-on HVAC experience, and you are comfortable completing maintenance tasks efficiently and independently.

You have experience in apartment maintenance, hotel maintenance, property maintenance, or handyman work, including basic plumbing , electrical repairs, painting, and general apartment repairs.
