Job summary

Precision Concepts International LLC in Springfield, MA seeks a hands-on maintenance professional to perform daily preventive maintenance and logs. You will support the Maintenance Manager on special projects and help manage parts, drawings, and records.

The role requires tool use, ladder access, 50 lb lifts, and forklift/scissor lift operation, with room to grow maintenance knowledge and responsibility in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance activities.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Willingness to progress in maintenance knowledge and responsibility.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift and/or scissor lift operation capability.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily preventive maintenance on primary and secondary equipment.
• Update maintenance log.
• Assist Maintenance Manager on special projects.
• Submit requisitions for spare parts and services as necessary.
• Assist in plant upgrade and improvements.
• Assist/lead maintenance on assembly equipment.
• Assist in organizing maintenance drawings and records.
• Assist in training maintenance personnel in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
• Assist in management of spare part inventory for machine equipment and other machinery.

• Update Maintenance Log
• Assist Maintenance Manager in special projects as requested
• Submit requisitions for spare parts and services as necessary per the purchasing procedure
• Assist in plant upgrade and improvements
• Assist and/or lead maintenance and repair activities on assembly equipment
• Assist in organization and management of maintenance/engineering drawings and records
• Assist in training maintenance personnel in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
• Assist in management of spare part inventory for machine equipment, auxiliary equipment, and other machinery as required.

Qualifications:
