Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility for one of the world’s largest online retailers.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures in all tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on material handling equipment (MHE).
• Experience with maintaining and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Capability to document preventative maintenance activities.
• Ability to track and manage department inventory.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
